By accessing or using InteriorPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

InteriorPro provides an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to: • Upload photos of rooms and spaces • Generate AI-powered design transformations • Access various design styles and customization options • Download and share generated designs • Convert floor plans to 3D visualizations We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

Free Tier: Limited access to basic features with watermarked outputs. Paid Subscriptions: • Billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed at time of purchase • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date • No refunds for partial subscription periods (see our Refund Policy for exceptions) • Prices may change with 30 days notice Credits: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the service. Generated Designs: You own the designs generated from your uploads on paid plans. Free tier outputs include our watermark and limited commercial use rights. Our Platform: InteriorPro, its logo, and all related materials are our intellectual property protected by copyright and trademark laws. AI Models: Our AI models and algorithms remain our exclusive property.

You may not use InteriorPro to: • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service • Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions • Upload content depicting minors or non-consensual imagery • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

As-Is Service: InteriorPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall InteriorPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services or content linked from our platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InteriorPro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the service • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you upload or generate using our service

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
